Defensive Coordinator of the University of Ottawa Gee-Gee's football team, Coach JV (MBA '22) has quite a journey: born in Haiti, a Vanier Cup winner, drafted into the CFL by the Toronto Argonauts, coach with the Montreal Alouettes, and also president of the Foundation for Sustainable Development in Haiti.

Comedian and host Pascal Boyer (BA '13, MA' 15) produced the documentary "Le dernier Canadien français." Watch this exploration of identity questioning his belonging to Franco-Ontarian, Québécois, and francophone Canadian culture.
