Access to online resources

Although the Library would like to be able to offer access to everyone, it has a legal responsibility to limit access to authorized users. Çï¿ûÊÓƵ Library’s online resources are acquired via binding legal documents that govern appropriate use and the Library's responsibilities for ensuring access by only authorized users as defined by the license. These licenses stipulate that the resources are for the exclusive use of current Çï¿ûÊÓƵ faculty, students, and staff.

Individuals who are performing active and current work relating to Çï¿ûÊÓƵ teaching or Çï¿ûÊÓƵ led research activities may be sponsored by an internal Çï¿ûÊÓƵ sponsor, typically someone at the Department Chair level or above. Examples include, but are not limited to, an individual that:

  • Conducts a systematic review for a Çï¿ûÊÓƵ project led by a member of the Faculty of Medicine;
  • Co-teaches (50%) a course with a professor from the Faculty of Arts.
