All faculty, staff and eligible family members in the same household have access to our EFAP. The confidential and voluntary services can help you, your spouse and/or dependent child find solutions to all kinds of challenges related to work, your health or life in general.

• Health coaching

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is available to all faculty, staff and eligible family members in the same household! Faculty members who are not on �����Ƶ payroll are not eligible for these services. Please visit www.211ontario.ca for programs and services in your community.

EFAP is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and a bilingual service.
